Ubirr Rock Art site was an amazing and emotional place within Kakadu National Park which is 20,000 square kilometres. Caroline flew from Melbourne to spend 8 days with us exploring Kakadu. David & Caroline climbed most of the way to the top of Ubirr Rock. Cheryl climbed two thirds of the way up. Both girls did it in thongs!! Doh!!

Lots of birds and mosquitoes at Marmukala Wetlands.

Darwin Update

Weather here is too bloody hot to take photos. Locals tell us it is still unseasonably hot. Weather change is expected this weekend. We are off to Kakadu for 5 days on Saturday, with Caroline, and will then return to Darwin. So maybe photos then as we have lots planned in Kakadu.
